چکیده
The process of germanium–tannin complex is the oldest form technology for extracting germanium from Ge-containing solutions. This reaction mechanism relatively controversial as it imposes restrictions on ideas and methods reducing amount tannin. In this paper, using SEM, TEM, FT-IR, XPS, NMR, TOF-SIMS UV diffuse reflectance spectroscopy a deep analysis complex, solutions with tannins investigated. results show that theoretical tannin mass 30 times mass, rate reaches 98.84%. changes -OH stretching band in FT-IR spectra, emergence C3H3GeO7, C2H3GeO6, C8H7GeO7 images, shift Ge O banding energy XPS detail spectra provided definitive evidence process, highlighting formed complexes involve six coordinate Ge-O bonds, which are obtained through orthophenol hydroxyl groups reacting Ge4+. Furthermore, mode germanium–tannins layer polymerization, finally forms an agglomeration flocs. findings research innovative, can have profound impact future introduction various to reduce tannins.

The structure of a passivating sulfide layer on Ge(001) was studied using X-ray standing waves and X-ray fluorescence. The sulfide layer was formed by reacting clean Ge substrates in 42 solutions of various concentrations at 80°C. For each treatment, a sulfide layer containing approximately two to three monolayers (ML) of S was formed on the surface, and an ordered structure was found at the in...

OBJECTIVE The objective of this study was to clarify the influence of chromium content on surface reaction of Ti-Cr alloys in an acidic fluoride-containing saline solution. METHODS Four Ti-Cr alloys containing 5, 10, 15 or 20 mass% chromium were characterized in terms of dissolution of metals in an acidic fluoride-containing saline solution and surface structure by X-ray photoelectron spectro...
متن کاملCyclic Voltammetry Investigation of the Mechanism of CuInSe2 and CuIn(Al)Se2 Electrodeposition from Aqueous Solution
Electrodeposition of CuInSe2 (CIS) and CuInAlSe2 (CIAS) from aqueous solution has been systematically investigated by cyclic voltammetery implementing different scan rates. It has been shown that electrodeposited CIS and CIAS have been formed on the substrate through electrochemical-chemical interaction of reduces species on the substrate. From the obtained results, it could be inferred that I...
متن کاملExtracting spectral dynamics from single chromophores in solution.
Fluorescence spectroscopy of single chromophores immobilized on a substrate has provided much fundamental insight, yet the spectral line shapes and dynamics of single chromophores freely diffusing in solution have remained difficult or impossible to measure with conventional linear spectroscopies. Here, we demonstrate an interferometric technique for extracting time dependent single chromophore...
